If you ask for CookAlong updates, we’ll use your email address only to send those updates and manage your subscription.
What we collect
We collect the email address you submit, the time you subscribed, and the page or campaign that led to the signup. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical request data for security and reliable delivery.
The landing page keeps an aggregate visitor count. It stores a simple flag in your browser so repeat visits from that browser are not counted again. The flag contains no identifier, and we do not create individual visitor records.
How we use it
We use this information to maintain the CookAlong update list, prevent duplicate signups, and send occasional launch or product updates. We do not sell subscriber information.
Where it is stored
Subscriber information is stored using Google Firebase services and shared with our email delivery provider, Resend, only as needed to deliver CookAlong email. Access is limited to the CookAlong systems, service providers, and people responsible for operating the update list.
Your choices
Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. You can also ask to access or delete your subscriber information by emailing privacy@cookalong.ai.
Changes
We may update this notice as CookAlong grows. The effective date above will change when the notice is materially revised.
